This could be the type of career you want, if you plan on pursuing additional education. Here’s the tricky part. Many people write about this topic, but few write it the correct way. While writing about your career goals, write about how it will benefit other people. If you want to be a doctor, write about how it will benefit other people for you to become one. Use past experience to bring a connection to your own personal interest in this career choice. Research Many colleges, mainly those applying for graduate school, want students to write about future research projects/focus and how it’s going to work into their academic study. Talk about your skills doing research and how it’s going to work in the area you’re studying. Goals Accomplished Colleges love hearing about the good things you’ve done and the charities you have been apart of. Talk about how it benefited both you and the people you were helping and why you are going to keep doing charity work.
